How To Scramble Eggs | The College Cooking Show
I know cooking can seem like a daunting task. TV shows make everything look so easy, but when you get in there and try it yourself everything turns to shit. Some of you reading this may never have cooked without using a microwave. That’s perfectly fine, we all gotta start somewhere.
I’ve been cooking for as long as I can remember. I got my first job as a cook at a small restaurant in my hometown when I was 15. Since then I’ve been able to work in some of the best restaurants in the country. I opened my own pop-up brunch restaurant while at school last fall and did some private catering in New York during the summer.
My goal is to share everything I’ve learned about cooking over the years with you, starting with the very basics. We’re talking super simple. The bare fucking minimum you need to start cooking. Once the basics are covered we’ll build up in difficulty until you can get to the point where you can watch any cooking show on TV and say to yourself “Hey I can fucking do that.”
